- 500 gr beef meat, wide sliced
- water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 cm smashed galangale
- salt & palm sugar as desired
- tamarind juice
- cooking oil
- Boil meat in medium heat until cooked
- take cooked meat and hit it with pestle until nice and thin
- cook again with garlic, coriander, galangale, tamarind juice, salt & brown sugar.
- Add a little bit of leftover beef stock
- Cook until all the water dried up
- Fried meat for a moment
- Serve with rice
