- 2 liter of water
- 250 gr fresh ginger root, peeled, smashed
- sugar/palm sugar/brown sugar
- boil water along with ginger
- add sugar/palm sugar/brown sugar
- Cook for a few minutes
- serve in hot or warm
you can mix wedang jahe with milk to make ginger milk, or with tea to make ginger tea, serve hot for a cold day to warm up your body. hmmmm...yumm
