- 50 gr of red apple, diced
- 50 gr papaya fruit, diced
- 50 gr pineapple, diced
- 50 gr starfruit, diced
- 50 ml sugar syrup
- 50 ml soda water
Cooking Direction
- Mix all ingredients
- Pour into the soup or cocktail bowl
- Garnish with cherry and serve cold
Tips:
You can use all the fruits that are available. Best fruit that can be used are fruits that contain a lot of water amout. Avoid banana or avocado.
Serve cold for a hot summer day. Extremely fresh!
